Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components where applicable
- Not show signs of use, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom-made products
- Special order items
- Clearance or sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products subject to stock availability.
Customers requesting an exchange should contact us within the return period. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs showing the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review the claim and arrange a suitable resolution.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products.
